The most common HOA wildlife pest in retention ponds – Muskrats
In recent years, have your homeowners complained of holes, collapsing banks, and erosion around your ponds? Are drainage pipes clogged with debris and mud from erosion that you’ve been unable to find the root cause of? You may be facing a common pest – the muskrat.
These animals love to dig holes around ponds and burrow into the soil. They eat the roots and travel between ponds, spreading across locations, causing erosion, degradation of expensive landscaping and leaving dangerous holes for those homeowners who walk or play in those shared spaces. Should initial inspection identify your problem as an issue with beaver or another pest, that’s not a problem!
Say goodbye to the frustration of dealing with wildlife issues
Morelock Wildlife Control will take the stress out of dealing with wildlife problems by implementing a wildlife control plan that is tailored to your specific needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.

MUSKRAT REMOVAL IN RETENTION PONDS
Removing muskrats from your subdivision doesn’t have to be expensive. For a onetime fee, we will remove all muskrats from your ponds until Dec 31st. This fee allows you to call us whenever you have a problem and ensures that even if we remove all muskrats in April and you have more in August, you still have this service for that one-time fee until December.
Price is dependent of the number of ponds and the county they are located in.
